Consent for personal data processing, including with the use of cookie files
I, being a natural person and registering as a User by means of the relevant form on the website https://www.pureat.ru/, acting voluntarily, according to my expressed will and in my own interests, and also acknowledging my full legal capacity, hereby give my consent for processing of my personal and user data (hereinafter – Consent) to the Operator – Pure Air Technologies Limited Liability Company (PSRN 1235000069820, TIN/TRRC (Tax Registration Reason Code) 5042162330/504201001, email address: info@pureat.ru, phone: 8-800-600-69-97 (hereinafter – Operator, Pure Air Technologies LLC), which is the rightsholder of the Platform.
Before giving this Consent to the Operator, I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy of the website https://www.pureat.ru/, located at the address: https://www.pureat.ru/, in compliance with which the Operator processes personal data.
The Consent is given on the following terms:
- This Consent is given for personal and user data processing both with and without the use of automation means.
- The Consent is given for processing of the following personal data: personal data which does not fall into any specialized categories of personal data and is not considered biometric personal data, namely: full name, e-mail address, mobile phone number.
- The aim of personal data processing is the provision of access of the User to services, information and/or materials located on the website https://www.pureat.ru/.
- In the course of processing, the following actions will be performed concerning personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; verification (update, alteration); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
- User data is technical data provided by User devices, including: IP address, information saved in cookie files, browser details, operative system installed on the User device, number of viewed pages, duration of the website visit, queries used to transfer to the website and the pages from which transfers to the website had been performed, details of the mobile device, including device identifier and session identifier, information concerning online actions of the User related to the website and other technical information provided by the User device.
- User data processing is performed for the following purposes:
- to ensure faultless operation of the website and improve its performance on the Internet information and telecommunications network;
- to perform statistical, marketing and other research, including studies (analysis) of user behavior (experience) and reasons behind its changes;
- to promote products (services) of Pure Air Technologies LLC;
- for other marketing purposes including mailouts.
Pure Air Technologies LLC shall have the right to utilize third-party Analytical services and perform personal data transfers for the abovesaid purposes.
User data processing on the website may be performed with the use of Analytical services, including Yandex Metrics, etc.
User data processing is performed, among other things, by means of cookie files.
Users can refuse from cookie file processing in the tuning options of their browser or device.
- I understand that this Consent can be revoked by me or my representative by means of sending a request to Pure Air Technologies LLC in electronic form, signed in accordance with the legislation in the field of electronic signatures, to the address: info@pureat.ru marked as “Revocation of consent for personal data processing”.
- This Consent shall come into effect from the moment it is given and until the moment of its revocation.
- I understand that in case of revocation of the Consent by me or my representative, Pure Air Technologies LLC shall have the right to continue processing of my personal data without my Consent in case there are grounds as specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “Concerning personal data” of 27.07.2006.
